Visitors have access to several thoughtfully designed public areas within the AWSOM building and grounds, including the lobby, art gallery, AWSOM Café, rooftop park, healing garden, pond and wetland terrace, community lawn, and the amphitheater at the main entrance. Each space offers a unique opportunity to experience art, wellness, and nature, inviting guests to explore and engage during regular public hours.
Sky Meadow and Prospect Bluff on the Rooftop Park are closed through March 31. Patio access to the AWSOM Café remains open.

The first-floor art gallery features rotating exhibitions. Visitors are encouraged to explore the gallery and reflect on the connections between community, cultural traditions, and well-being. AWSOM's second art exhibition "In Visible Landscapes" runs Feb. 2 - Aug. 14, 2026. This exhibition features large-scale landscape photographs by American photographer Laura McPhee alongside artworks by Sasha Gordon, Lynda Benglis, and Allora & Calzadilla. The inaugural exhibition, "Good Medicine", was a collection of Indigenous art. Both exhibitions have been curated by Art Bridges Foundation.
