Office of Compliance

The mission of the Office of Compliance is to promote compliant and ethical conduct with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We strive to create the framework for a culture of integrity, accountability and commitment to the community through training, guidance, and regular communication.

We support AWSOM faculty and staff through annual compliance training and clear standards that promote ethical conduct across all areas of responsibility.

Report a Concern

We expect all students and employees to act with integrity. Use the proper channels to report concerns safely and confidentially. Help uphold a safe and ethical environment. Report concerns through:

  • Normal administrative channels (i.e. reporting to the appropriate supervisor)

  • Email the Chief Compliance Officer

  • Compliance Hotline

    • You can submit concerns anonymously or with optional contact information 24/7 at 877-842-1250.

    • Faculty, Students, and Stakeholders Submit a Report

    • Students Submit a Report

    • Report ethical, safety, or compliance concerns anonymously. Anonymous submissions are welcome. All reports are handled with care.

Disclosure within or outside AWSOM may be required by law or may be necessary in order to enforce AWSOM’s policies. However, disclosure, if any, will only be made to those persons with a legitimate need to know the information.

Individuals providing good-faith reports of compliance concerns and information regarding possible illegal activities on campus are protected from retaliation and retribution.

Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex-based discrimination in any federally funded education program or activity. AWSOM upholds this law through prevention, support, and fair processes. Contact our Title IX Coordinator to raise a concern or learn more.

Pregnant and parenting students are protected from discrimination and provided reasonable accommodations and support in accordance with Title IX.
